Your help is needed to keep Central Oregon children in need warm and dry this winter.
Bins have been set up around the region for the Family Access Network Coat and Boot Drive. Central Oregon Daily News is a partner in this effort.
You can find the bins at all Bend and Sunriver First Interstate Branches, as well as US Cellular Locations in Bend, Redmond, Prineville and Madras.

We’re accepting new or lightly used winter coats or waterproof boots.
“So we’ve had a lot of items for smaller kids, the elementary school level, but we are missing items for middle school and high schoolers. So surprisingly, they are in adult sizes. So large jackets for boys size ten shoe boots for boys. They that is where our gap is right now are those adult sizes,” said Jen Enna, Donor Relations Events and Marketing Coordinator for Family Access Network.
Collections will be taken through the end of the month.
