Three people have been arrested on murder and robbery charges in connection with a body found alongside a road near Madras last summer.
Salbador Robinson-Angeles, 27, Theresa Winishut, 27 and Stephanie Belgard, 37 – all of Warm Springs – were arrested on felony warrants stemming from grand jury indictments, according to Jefferson County Undersheriff Marc Heckathorn.
All three were jailed on multiple charges including second-degree murder, criminal conspiracy to commit second-degree murder, and first-degree robbery.

The body of 52-year-old Brian Jones was found by a passing motorist near Highway 126 and Danube Drive on August 20th, 2020.
In the following days, Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office issued a public plea for information about Jones and what might have happened to him.
