Taste This! – Preparing for the James Beard Foundation Benefit Dinner

This week’s Taste This! culinary adventure is the second segment in Donna Britt’s two-part series featuring the award-winning restaurant 5 Fusion and Chef Joe Kim, a three-time James Beard Foundation Awards semi-finalist.

Donna had the amazing opportunity to attend the recent James Beard Foundation benefit dinner there, and found out what goes in to such an astounding multi-course meal.
