It’s the anniversary of the Mexican Army’s 1862 victory over French forces, but we celebrate Cinco de Mayo right here in Central Oregon. In this week’s culinary adventure, Donna Britt stops by Newport Avenue Market to sample freshly made guacamole and show off some locally made Mexican beer by Three Creeks Brewing.
