Bend Mother Gives Back to Those in Need in Honor of Son

A new pair of socks might not sound like much to most of us, but one Bend woman knows that they can change lives. Kim Debraal has been battling her son’s addiction to drugs for more than a decade and now, she’s giving back to others by collecting socks for the homeless.

Central Oregon Daily’s Mackenzie Wilson met up with Kim at her business in Bend where she’s been receiving socks from all over the country to deliver to local shelters. Tonight she shares a story of a mother’s love. To donate, drop off socks at Tropical Beach Tanning.
