A reported one-acre vegetation fire burned in Dry Canyon in Redmond Sunday night.
Firefighters were dispatched to the area of NW Canyon Drive, NW Maple Avenue and NW Rimrock Drive at 7:26 p.m.
Firefighters managed to quickly stop forward progress and mop up hot spots.
Redmond Police, Cloverdale and Sisters-Camp Sherman Rural Fire Protection Districts helped contribute to the fight.
A cause of the fire was not immediately released.
