Cascade Village Shopping Center is partnering with Action Through Advocacy this holiday season donating a portion of proceeds from photos taken with Santa at Santa’s Village to help relieve the financial stain of Christmas for foster parents. There’s also a Secret Santa Tree in the Village benefiting children in Central Oregon.
