There is no excuse.
That’s what Oregon State Police said about the driver of a white GMC Sierra pickup they say was going 102 mph in a 65 mph speed zone.
The presumptive fine? $1,150.
“There is NO excuse for driving over 100 miles per hour anywhere in Oregon,” OSP said in a Facebook post. “This driver learned the hard way by receiving a citation for exceeding the speed limit.”
OSP didn’t specify where this happened other than what the ticket stated — on an interstate.
