Crews responded to a mobile home on fire with several people still inside early Friday morning, according to Jefferson County Fire.
Jefferson County Fire was dispatched around 4:30 a.m. to the fire on NW Columbia Drive near Madras. When crews arrived, they found smoke coming from a double wide mobile home.
Crews entered the mobile home and extinguished the fire. Five people were in the house at the time of the fire, according to Jefferson County Fire. One person received medical care for possible smoke inhalation.
The Red Cross was notified about the incident and is helping the people involved. The cause of fire is still under investigation.
