The Oregon Department of Human Services, Child Welfare Division is asking the public’s help in locating 11-year-old Chayton Owings.
Authorities say Owings is a foster care child who went missing from Springfield on August 14.
Owings is described as 4-foot-7, with brown hair and blue-gray eyes.
ODHS believes the child may be in danger.
Anyone who has information about Owings’ immediate whereabouts is asked to call 911 or local law enforcement.
