The Taylor family has been serving their own special sausage recipes since 1924, when great grandpa Taylor opened a shop in Canada, before settling in the world famous Farmer’s Market in Hollywood in the 1930’s.
The third generation of Taylors moved the family sausage business, Taylor’s Sausage, to Josephine County in Southern Oregon in the 1970’s, and that’s where Central Oregon Daily’s Mackenzie Wilson caught up with the fourth generation of Taylors for this week’s Destination Oregon, sponsored by Robberson Ford.
