When it comes to the Deschutes County Fair, there’s plenty to see and do. But for Gibson Vevia, the best place to be is in the barn.
Central Oregon Daily’s Steve Kaufmann spent a day with the seventh grader — one of the dozens of kids who spend all their time at the fair taking care of their livestock.
