▶️ Crook Co. summer school remains open; buses with no AC a concern

Crook County School District says it will keep its summer school open this week despite the heat.

There was concern about the heat because the district’s school buses don’t have air conditioning. Temperatures inside the buses often get 10 degrees warmer than the outside, creating a health hazard for students.

Routes will be shortened and kids will be given ice cold bottles of water.
