Cinco de Mayo Celebration with Chef Baltazar

Baltazar’s Seafood Restaurant owner/head chef Baltazar Chavez gives Central Oregon Daily a history lesson and lavishes us with amazing food from his Bend restaurant. We sample fresh guacamole, ceviche with octopus and an incredible prawn and crab claw cocktail. Oh and we can’t forget the hibiscus margarita!
