Child care remains a priority for parents and one program is looking to help.

Neighbor Impact’s Baby Promise program wants people to apply for fully-funded child care for kids ages six weeks to three years.

Slots are available for low income families eligible for and enrolled in employment related day care through the Department of Human Services.

“But families are coming and going out of programs all the time. So the openings are rolling. And we have an enrollment specialist who will reach out to families who are eligible on our waitlist as spots become available in our programs.

Baby Promise serves up to 116 children through licensed providers in Crook, Deschutes and Jefferson counties and the Confederated tribes of Warm Springs.

You can find the application for the program at this link.
