The Bend North Majors All-Stars softball team mowed through their competition on the first two days of the Little League World Series Northwest Regionals over the weekend. They’ve already secured a spot in the semifinals.
Bend North defeated Juneau, Alaska, 9-1 on Saturday to open the tournament. That was followed Sunday by a 10-0 win over Lewiston, Idaho, that was called after four innings due to the run rule.
Bend North will face Billings, Montana, Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. The winner heads straight to the regional title game on Friday while the loser will get a second chance in the other semifinal on Thursday.
Billings is coming off a 6-0 win over Wyoming and a 15-10 slugfest against Washington.
All games air on ESPN+.
