Aaron Coon is 93 years old. His bride, Josephine Dickerson, is 90.

The two met in 2007, when Dickerson was working in a retirement home Coon was living in.

Friday, they tied the knot at the Deschutes County Courthouse.

Coon and Dickerson were one of eight couples married Friday by Judge Ray Crutchley.

The judge cleared his schedule for Valentine’s Day months ago so he could host “Cupid’s Docket.”

“Everyone loves a wedding,” Judge Crutchley said.

Couples had time in the courtroom to get to know the judge, bring in friends and family and have a ceremony free of charge.

Judge Crutchley hopes to keep the “Cupid’s Docket” tradition going next year.

“It’s been an overwhelming experience just how everyone has been drawn to it and how everyone has supported it,” Judge Crutchley said.
