Dewey Hamilton’s been down a bit lately…who hasn’t been, right?
But the Prineville man was down because he was turning 96 Thursday and wasn’t going to be able to celebrate with his friends.
Or so he thought.
Central Oregon Daily’s Cody Rheault was there when his friends staged a drive-by celebration, surprising Dewey and making his day.
