Don’t put your cowboy hat on a bed.
Don’t wear yellow in competition.
Don’t put horse shoes upside down on the ground.
Those are just a few of the superstitions that follow Crook County High School Senior Deaglan Lundquist into the rodeo arena.
When the pandemic hit, no special rituals could stop it.
But this rodeo kid learned getting back in the saddle was still the answer.
