Jeff Wester of Ponderosa Forge considers blacksmithing both an art and a craft.
It started as a way to build the tools necessary for other craftsman or everyday life.
Wester used his engineering degree and background in shoeing horses to start a blacksmithing business in 1991.
Now, you can find both beautiful creations and useful tools at Ponderosa Forge in Sisters.
