The 38th Festival of Trees on Saturday raised nearly $100,000 for the Hospice of Redmond.
Central Oregon Daily News hosted the event live in our studios once again.
It was a virtual event this year, due to COVID-19 precautions, but that didn’t hold back the community’s generosity.
This years donations are looking to top last years.
In addition to being hosts, Central Oregon Daily News was proud to have a tree in the festival.
Two dozen trees were auctioned off; our tree – the Taste This Tannenbaum – sold for $2,650.
We could not be happier to see the money going to help people in need in our community.
